Job Opportunity : Solar Advisor

A client of ours located in Tualatin is looking for a Solar Advisor. The office environment is characterized by its fun, fast paced, business-casual and friendly atmosphere.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to promote the solar panels, battery backups, and EV chargers.
• Provide detailed product information and address customer inquiries with exceptional communication skills.
• Manage existing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets with a strong work ethic and outgoing personality.
• Maintain punctuality and make a minimum of 120 calls daily.
• Handle objections professionally to overcome sales barriers and maximize revenue.

Requirements :

• Previous Call Center or Sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Exceptional phone communication skills.
• Inbound and outbound calling experience is advantageous.
• Quick learner with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Outgoing personality.
• Punctuality is essential.
• Proficient in handling objections with professionalism.

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9AM 5PM

Pay : $20 / hr. Commission / Incentives
