(Surface Mount Technology)SMT Operators will be working a full-time, with pay rates anticipated to be $18 - 22 per hour based on each candidate's experience and education. RequirementsQualified (Surface Mount Technology) SMT Operators will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:
- 2 years of experience as SMT Operator, circuit board assembly
- Experienced in soldering small parts and proficient with computers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small, delicate components
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered)
- Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc
- $18 to $22 per hour based on experience and education
