Lead Powder Coater
Shift: Day Shift
Pay: $26-$28
Job Duties:

• Identifies and assists in coordinating and accomplishing day to day operation of flow in the shop.
• Work directly with the Department Manager to ensure production and quality needs are achieved.
• Manage and control manpower including attendance in the responsible area to secure line capacity and to meet delivery schedule.
• Able to document data and write clear reports (production, rework, quality, line stop, etc.)
• Monitor quality in accordance with the Company ISO Quality Plan.
• Estimates, Requisitions, and Inspects material quality.
• Examines items produced to determine if items meet specifications.
• Interpret specifications, blue prints, and job orders to employees and assigns duties.
• Establish or adjust work procedures (QWI-Quality Work Instruction) to standardize good work practices and to ensure quality of work.

Requirements:

• Analyze and solve work problems or assist workers in solving problems
• Study production schedule and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of the job
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment required
• Physically active and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass Pulmonary Function Test (PFT); must be fitted and able to wear respirator.
• Must pass Background and Drug Screen
