Integrity Cleveland Heights is seeking an experienced maintenance tech. This community is in the Cedar/Fairmount/Coventry neighborhoods.

The Maintenance Technician is often the single most responsible party for resident retention. Not only does the Maintenance Technician play a key role in the resident's comfort and safety, there often includes more interaction with the residents than any other on-site personnel. It is therefore essential that the Maintenance Technician portray a professional and courteous demeanor while on the job.

Must have the knowledge and ability to perform the following duties:

plumbing repairs, repair/replace locks, smoke alarms, replace screens, appliance repair, electrical repairs, roofing inspection/minor roof repair, change AC filters, HVAC repairs, general carpentry work, replace broken windows, and general maintenance skills.

The successful candidate will have:

• General maintenance experience required; property management experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must have reliable transportation to use every day.
• Must be able to participate in taking call on a regular basis.
• Must be a team player.
• Must have basic hand tools.
• Must be able to pass a drug test (we screen for marijuana).
