- 32% of Net Production Based on Experience
- $850 Daily Guarantee
- 6% Equity on Hire And Additional 6% Every Year Up to 30% (2 Year Vest)

Requirements :
- 4 Day Schedule (Monday - Wednesday 8-5 & Thursday 8-3)
- On Average Seeing 15 Patients a Day
- Must be Comfortable With All Aspects of General Dentistry
- Licensed in the State of North Carolina
