Primary Responsibilities:
  • Promptly and professionally address insurance brokers' needs while delivering top-quality service.
  • Troubleshoot service inquiries from insurance brokers, verbally and in writing, to help drive sales.
  • Cold call brokers to support new product launches and drive sales.
  • Facilitate new business documents through issuance and communicate updates throughout the process.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Primary Skills & Requirements:
  • A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing, including asking probing questions to obtain necessary information.
  • Dependable and self-motivated to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be organized and maintain composure to complete multiple tasks promptly and accurately.
  • Customer service or sales experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and web-based applications is preferred.
