Integrity Living Options, Inc. (ILO), is a Minnesota based organization that provides services and supports for individuals with a range of mental health diagnoses. ILO is seeking individuals to work Full-time or Part-time. The primary responsibility of the Housing Stabilization Specialist is to provide services to individuals by consistently meeting and assessing the individual’s goals and needs (per guidelines set by DHS and the agency). Housing Stabilization Specialist's are assigned a caseload of clients in a central location; however, a caseload could span the seven-county metro area depending on client needs. 

The role of the Housing Stabilization Specialist (HSS) is to assist clients with obtaining and maintaining housing. Staff will assist clients with planning for, finding and moving to homes of their own in the community. Staff will also assist clients with maintaining housing in their own home in the community.
