Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate office activities and operations
- Oversee administrative staff and provide guidance and support
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Plan and coordinate company events, including meetings, conferences, and team-building activities
- Assist with training development for new employees
- Handle payroll processing and ensure accuracy
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software
- Experience with office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Event planning experience is a plus
- Knowledge of payroll processes is preferred
