Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be empowered to help employers manage group benefits through our proven business solutions – cost management, HR administrative time savings, end-to-end enrollment support, and benefits communication and education.

Duties:

• Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals-
• Present and demonstrate our products or services to potential customers using our proven sales cycle.

Skills:

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in sales or call center is preferred but not required

** This is a 1099 role (commission based)

** Individuals will have to get their life and health insurance license during their first 30 days of onboarding.
