The Position:
Someone with previous experience installing building automation services, and a desire to be at the forefront of a new department is needed. This is a great opportunity for someone who may have felt overlooked in the past and is passionate about project development and training.
Among the duties is installing controllers, field devices, cable, conduit systems (EMT, GRC, PVC, etc. ), and plastic tubing in a neat, workmanlike manner. Manage subcontractors (onsite and offsite), including scheduling, resource management, and coordination of construction and start-up services. Provide input to the project team on site updates, safety reporting, and RFI development. If necessary, assist with job commissioning, startup procedures, and owner training. Review, interpret, and analyze contract documents, plans, specifications, and schedules. Keep all As-Built drawings up-to-date. Prepare complete takeoffs for labor tasking, budget comparison, and material buyouts. Completely supervise and be responsible for the crew's productivity, quality, and workmanship. Ensure that all installations comply with the NEC and local AHJ requirements. Immediately notify the Project Manager if additional work is needed beyond our contract. Participate in all required meetings and ensure comments are recorded accurately in the meeting minutes regarding electrical scheduling and coordination.
The Location: Integrity Electrical Solutions is based in Golden, Colorado, and serves the entire Denver-Metro area.
