Sales Coordinator
ABOUT OUR COMPANY

5711 Grant Ave, Cleveland, OH 44105
- The candidate will be required to work on-site. This is NOT a remote eligible role.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Data entry in a variety of computer systems
- Respond to Sales Rep & Agent inquiries in a timely manner.
- Complete Sales Rep & Agent requests for custom pricing, pricing refreshes, and custom contracts.
- Generate and process matrix contracts.
- Create and edit documents and spreadsheets.
- Analyze account data for accuracy.
- Communicate and troubleshoot Sales Rep & Agent issues with Price Our Power pricing tool.
- Provide Sales Reps & Agents with contract booking confirmations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, proficiency in operating systems, internet, and email.
- Must be detail-oriented and have data analytic skills.
- Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to function as a part of a team.
- Must be reliable and dependable with transportation and attendance.
- Salesforce experience is a plus but NOT required.
