The Coord Pharmacy Operations handles all incoming calls to assigned area, posts any receivables, researches accounts and provides accurate information to relevant parties. * 6 years insurance billing, collections or claims processing experience preferred. * Knowledge of Microsoft Office and 10 key * 30 wpm typing * Knowledge of medical terminology, basic ICD 10 and CPT coding * Knowledge of legal documents, full disclosure laws, credit analysis, collection agency procedures, legal procedures and fair debt collection practices * Must be able to communicate effectively in English * Must be detailed-oriented and able to meet strict deadlines. * 5 years pharmacy experience preferred.
