Integrative Family Dentistry is Hiring an Orthodontic Dental Assistant Near Roswell, GA

Are you a friendly, positive, self-motivated and reliable team player?

We are seeking an upbeat and personable dental assistant with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude for our boutique Specialty office in Roswell!

We are specialized in airway health and our daily schedule consists of orthodontics, tongue-tie releases, and some general dentistry. We are passionate about this field and are looking for someone who would share our passion or willing to learn.

Our ideal candidate is a team player who can work independently to complete various tasks and thrives in a team-oriented environment. Someone with a great personality and genuine care for patient well-fare and comfortable working with all ages (kids and adults)

Are you our perfect team member?

We are looking for:

. At least 2 years of experience in chair-side assisting
. Expanded functions preferred
. Experience in Orthodontics preferred
. Comfortable with and enjoy working with kids as well as adults
· An outgoing, positive team player
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Someone who is eager to learn and open to learning about airway dentistry and tongue-ties
· Someone who is able to multi-task
· A detail-oriented, dependable and punctual team player
· Room to grow

Duties include but are not limited to:

· Working independently as an assistant
· Taking orthodontic records (photographs, radiographs and intraoral scans and alginate impressions on kids and adults)
. Comfortable assisting dental procedures (resins, endo, crowns, making temporaries, surgeries, etc.)
· Completing notes daily
· Essix Retainer/ bleaching tray fabrication and other lab work
· Completing clerical duties as needed
· Explaining procedures to patients
· Assisting the front office as needed
· Helping in other capacities around the office as needed

Office hours:

Monday: 7am-3pm
Tuesday: 10am-6pm
Wed: 9am-5pm
Thursday: 7am-3pm
Friday: Closed
