Job Description
Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking Vehicle Electro-Mechanical Technicians to work with a top research company in Columbus, Ohio.
This is a highly reputable company that works in partnerships with the military, medical, and energy fields. They are looking for dedicated workers to carry out their goals.

Other Duties :
- Conceives and prototypes electrical and / or mechanical devices including armor, switch panels, wire harnesses, suspensions, or lights.
- Works on assembly of products to meet defined schedule.
- Monitors needs and metrics of assigned areas and recommends and implements improvements.
- Monitors schedules and conducts tasks to maintain the program.
- Recommends allocation of resources to meet requirements.
- Lead role in training entry-level staff.
- Provides guidance and leadership to less senior staff.
