Integrated Solutions has an immediate opening for a Staff Accountant in Boca Raton, FL. The candidate must have experience with accounting, auditing, and be familiar with financial statement preparation for investment companies.

Responsibilities include:

· Overall record keeping and recording responsibility for assigned clients

· Preparation of interim financial statement and work paper packages, partner reporting/allocations, performance calculation, management fees calculation, etc.

· Year-end financial statements and audit working paper preparation for independent outside auditors.

· Handling reports requests from and provide analysis to portfolio managers and research analysts.

· Special projects

Requirements:

· A Bachelors in Accounting

· 2 years’ experience, Public Accounting a plus

· Must have strong computer skills (portfolio accounting and GL software, Microsoft Excel and Word)

· Show an ability to contribute to a team atmosphere

· Strong Interpersonal skills

· Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to multi-task
