Under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager, this position provides administrative support for the Operations Department. This department is the first point of contact for most criminal research requests. These specialists perform a variety of detailed data entry duties, prepping jobs for the rest of the company. Also, answers non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information. Deals with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload, recommend changes in office practices or procedures.
