We provide quality resources in four specialty aretas: Information Technology (IT), Clinical Research, Rehabilitation Therapy and Nursing.Job DescriptionConf call notes• Prepare invoiced that will go to LIPA• Track down individual invoices and provide evidence that they've been paid • Possibility of being converted to project employee • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or finance • 5 years of financial experience • Experience with SAP a plus • Experience doing FEMA invoicing a plus • Need experience doing regulatory reportingReporting to the Manager of Planning and Budgeting and Planning, this position is responsible for providing an accurate and timely monthly detailed reporting package of costs incurred and paid for services, and its outside contractors, on 320 Federal Emergency Management Agency (“FEMA”) funded electrical system storm-hardening projects.
