The Resident Services Manager will partner with the Executive Director and Department Directors to create experiences that positively impact resident satisfaction and support the company’s mission to deliver customer service excellence to the community residents. The Resident Services Manager will develop, communicate, and execute customer service training efforts, measurement of guest experience and initiatives that enhance team culture and the customer experience. This position will work closely to support various community teams including operations, culinary, human resources, and activities.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead teams, such as concierge, dining front of house and housekeeping in all hospitality related efforts.
• Initiates customer satisfaction surveys and focus groups to gauge the community’s hospitality needs.
• Work with the Department Directors to obtain and maintain department customer satisfaction levels at or above goals.
• Analyzes point of sale data and develops action plans based on facts to improve quality of service.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with community residents, provide memorable experiences for residents and their guests, while identifying improvement opportunities.
• Creates an atmosphere where residents feel a sense of belonging and friendship, and where incredible amenities are the expectation, not the exception.
• Build an inviting dining program with Regional Director of Dining Services where every day is a celebration.
• Assist in planning, preparation, and execution of special events, banquets, and theme meals.
• Maintains a positive working relationship with staff, residents, and culinary team.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management, or the like, from an accredited university is strongly preferred.
• 2 years supervisory and management experience including coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision, discipline and counseling.
