We are looking for an experienced Prep Cook/ Dishwasher to join our team full time.Prep Cook / Dishwasher, Full TimeThis position is responsible for the preparation of meals, sanitation of food service areas, accurate record keeping, receiving, rotating and inventory of products and regulatory compliance. Also shares the responsibility to ensure all special dietary needs are met and prepare texture modified food as directed. This position uses standardized recipes to achieve proper quantities and consistent high quality dining service that takes into account diner's preferences. He/she also shares the responsibility to ensure special dietary requirements are in compliance with applicable food and sanitation regulations.This position will also share reasonability’s with the dishwasher who is responsible for operating a dish cleaning machine and related equipment, preparing dishes for washing, washing dishes, and returning dishes to stock. He/she helps store and rotate all food and supply belongings for the food department, while also maintaining the dish room and dish machine in a sanitary manner. This position is responsible for janitorial duties in various dining services areas such as dining room, kitchen, storage, bistro/cafe; and other dining areas.Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent is required (GED is accepted).
• One to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires knowledge of special diets.
• Obtain and hold any local or state required food handling/supervision/sanitation licenses and/or certifications.
