Integrated Proteins in St Joseph, MO has an immediate opening for skilled Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team. As a member of our land operations, you will play a crucial role in the daily activities. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $22 to $30 per hour, depending on experience. $22 - $30 hourly DOE

• Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders in a safe and efficient manner.
• Shoot grade and establish elevation.
• Build terrace, land clearing, and pond clearing.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning and prevent breakdowns.
• Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment.

• 2 years of heavy equipment operator experience.
• Must be able to read and understand English.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to successfully pass drug screening.
• Must be willing to submit to a criminal background screening.
• Basic mechanical maintenance knowledge and skills.
• Proven safety record.
• Able to lift up to 80 pounds.
• Able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
• Must be willing to work shift and/or overtime hours during the week including after-dark hours, and/or weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to follow instructions, take direction well, and be able to adapt to changes in the operation.
• Must have a strong work ethic and be a strong team player willing to help out wherever necessary and have a "can do" attitude.
