We are growing and looking for a Hardware Technician-Low Voltage to join our team. This role will be responsible for installation and service of low voltage items such as Access Control, Cameras, Intrusion and Fire systems. This team member is key in helping increase project, service and installation efficiency and success.

Hardware Technician-Low Voltage Installer Responsibilities include:

• Installation and service low voltage systems and related products
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Provide after-hours on-call support on a rotating basis

Hardware Technician-Low Voltage Installer should be:

• A team player, cooperative and driving
• Detailed oriented, organized
• A problem solver and resourceful with a strong mechanical aptitude
• Willing to help team members and clients first, and take lunch second

Should Have Skills

• Cameras (Axis, Milestone nice to have)
• Access Control (Galaxy, Lenel S2)
• Basic IP Networking
• Bosch experience
• Fire alarm experience and license
