Responsibilities and Expectations:

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall coordination and oversight of projects as assigned by the AGM. The principal duties of the Project Manager are to ensure that projects are completed on time as committed to by the shop, that the project is serviced in accordance with any programmatic or customer-provided specifications, and that the project is completed on budget. The Project Manager coordinates with the stakeholders of the project which includes the seller, the customer, internal and external quality functions, as well as shop operations personnel.

• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring the assigned projects
• Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
• Interact daily, or as required, with clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them at the shop level
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with team members, including operations, QA/QC, procurement, etc. to provide assistance and technical support
• Review deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven working experience as a Project Manager
• Fluent with MS Office
• Familiarity standards, regulations, best practices, and performance standards
• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
• Project management and supervision skills
• Decision-making ability and leadership skills
• A BS degree in engineering or project management is desirable
