Integrated Home Energy is Hiring a Solar Sales Consultant Near West Chester, PA

As an Integrated Home Energy Solar Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling solar energy solutions to residential clients. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about renewable energy, possess excellent communication skills, and have the drive to contribute to a sustainable future. At our forward-thinking solar company, we're taking the industry by storm with a fresh approach. No cold calling, no door knocking – just a steady stream of qualified leads waiting for your expertise. You will work closely with clients to assess their energy needs, provide tailored solar solutions, and guide them through the decision-making process. This role offers the opportunity to learn and grow within the solar industry.

What you will be doing:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their energy requirements, educate about the advantages of solar power, including potential cost savings, environmental benefits, and available incentives.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed solar system quotations and proposals for clients, highlighting system specifications, costs, projected savings, and financing options.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients. Address any questions or concerns they may have, building their trust in your expertise.
  • Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial consultation to contract signing. Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, solar technologies, and relevant regulations. Maintain a strong understanding of the solar products and services offered by the company.
  • Actively participate in lead generation activities, including attending industry events, networking, and leveraging online platforms.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, proposals, contracts, and project details in company CRM.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and industry understanding.

What we are looking for:

  • Passion for renewable energy and sustainable practices.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively convey technical information to clients.
  • Sales experience. Training will be provided.
  • Understanding of solar energy principles and technologies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Google Suite, and presentation tools.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
