Essential Functions Include
- Invoicing commercial work orders
- Completing journal entries as needed
- Various administrative duties such as creating reports, filing, data entry
- Interact with customers, sales personnel, vendors and technicians to address questions
- High school diploma or GED diploma and one to three years' related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience learning a company specific software package
- Experience working in a fast paced environment while managing multiple priorities
