Integrated Facility Services is Hiring a Billing Specialist Near Fenton, MO

Integrated Facility Services is a successful mechanical contractor with over 55 years in business. We are currently seeking a full-time Billing Specialist for our service department. We offer full-time benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off, profit sharing and more in a business casual work environment. IFS is 100% employee owned. Essential Functions Include
  • Invoicing commercial work orders
  • Completing journal entries as needed
  • Various administrative duties such as creating reports, filing, data entry
  • Interact with customers, sales personnel, vendors and technicians to address questions
Required Education And Experience
  • High school diploma or GED diploma and one to three years' related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience learning a company specific software package
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment while managing multiple priorities
