Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented experienced janitorial worker to join our team. As a full time janitorial worker, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities on Oahu. Your schedule will vary up to 40 hours per week, and driving a reliable vehicle is preferred. Your primary duties will include commercial cleaning, floor care, and general custodial tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys creating a clean and welcoming environment.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed
• Perform floor care duties including buffing, waxing, and polishing

Experience

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
