Our Floor Technicians are seasoned professionals with a positive attitude, experienced floor care
knowledge, and great work ethic. They excel in floor care maintenance, are knowledgeable in safety
procedures, possess a strong attention to detail, and maintain a professional demeanor when
effectively communicating in all interactions. Our Floor Technicians are known for their integrity,
punctuality, and reliability, whether working independently or in a team of two.
Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 (depending on experience)
Job Type: Part-time and On-Call
Shift and schedule: Graveyard/Weekends/as Needed

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Walkthroughs / Estimates / Proposals
• Power washing
• Capet cleaning
• Stripping and waxing
• Report photos and documentation

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience of 2-5 years
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Minimum age 18, with at least a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to complete pre-employment drug test and if hired, random drug testing
• Ability to pass criminal background check
• Flexible and adapt well to change
• Team Player

• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new techniques
• Dependable, always punctual for shifts
• Strong attention to detail

Candidates without experience will be considered if they have a strong willingness to learn and a variety
of other skills or personality traits that fit the position requirements.
