Position: Cleaner
Pay Rate: $18/hr.
Time: 6:00AM - 3:00PM (1 Hour Lunch)
Integrated Facility Services Hawaii (IFSH) is seeking a Full Time Cleaner in Honolulu. To be qualified for this position, you must have at least two (2) years of cleaning experience. Must have excellent customer service skills, be professional, and clearly communicate with the site supervisor, co-workers, tenants, patrons, and management.
Applicants must currently live in the State of Hawaii, pass a background check, and have 2 valid forms of ID.
Tasks Include (but not limited to):
- Clean restrooms
- Replenish supplies
- Sweep & mop common area walkways
- Clean, scrub, polish elevator cabs and tracks
- Sweep, scrub, & mop stairwells and landings
- Clean out planter boxes
- Scrub spills and bird droppings
- Remove graffiti and stickers
- Disinfect high touched surfaces
- Sweep the parking garage
- Pull trash and replace liners (lift between 20lbs. to 50lbs.)
- Emergency clean-ups
Skills Required:
- Honest and trustworthy to work in a team or independently
- Self-motivated and willing to learn new things
- Dependable to arrive to work on time and for every shift scheduled
- Good attention to detail
- Efficient with time management
- Good customer service skills – greeting and smiling is important
- Maintain a clean and neat appearance every day
- Clear verbal and/or written communication skills
