Digital Strategy & Integrated Communication Lead (6-month contract)

Hoboken, NJ (hybrid)

Your role

The lead of Digital Strategy & Integrated Communications will have a digital-first mindset and will be responsible for leading and implementing a comprehensive digital strategy. This role requires a digitally native professional who can develop and execute strategies that elevate our brand's presence throughout the consumer experience journey.

Your key responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy Development: Develop overall Digital Strategy in line with brand's commercial business strategy covering: Digital , Social, Influencer, Owned & Earned Media. Work with agency partners to develop & deliver the most compelling integrated marketing plans.
  • Consumer Experience Journey Mapping: Map omnichannel consumer experience journeys for the brands and determining the role of brand at each touchpoint.
  • Community Management: Active Community management strategy for brands. Proactive & reactive strategy based on social listening utilizing internal tools as well as agencies.
  • Performance Marketing: SEO, SEM to optimize against brand big bets.
  • Briefs Development: Craft compelling and specific briefs for various activations (Influencer, Paid Media, Social etc) that crystalize objectives and KPIs for individual initiatives while building the total desired brand ecosystem.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics to measure the impact of communication strategies, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions for optimizing commercial outcomes.
  • Brand Stewardship in Digital world: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all digital channels, maintaining a strong online presence that aligns with commercial objectives.

Skills and experience

  • Proven experience in digital brand plans that drive commercial impact.
  • Exceptional understanding of digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing.
  • Someone who has experience in reacting to cultural moments through digital in an impactful way from brand standpoint.
  • Integrated Marketing Leadership experience in driving multi agency teams.
  • Exhibited Test & Learn digital approach.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and leading teams, with a focus on aligning communication with commercial strategy.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively while staying results-focused, especially in the context of commercial success.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific digital trends and practices.
  • Experience at digital and social agency is a nice to have.
