Technical Program Manager

This role is a temp to perm technical program manager role. The role will support the development and implementation of Robotics scan-less Technology, which leverages computer vision to reduce costs in the Fulfillment Network.

This role will support multiple science and software teams in:

Driving a product from tech readiness to scalable and maintainable (logistics, test plans, customer interface, bug triage, process hardening) Executing scan-less technology product implementation in customer use cases (requirement writing, project planning, software team execution)

Strong technical program management functional skills:

• Project planning and execution
• Agile scrum experience
• Support for R&D planning and customer implementation
• Cross-functional program execution
• Cross-functional communication
• Finalize the closing out of new products validated in the field
• 3 years of technical product or program management experience
• 2 years of software development experience
• 2 years of network engineering experience
• 3 years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, and quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules

Nice to have:

• Domain experience (vision systems, machine learning, optical hardware, hardware)
• Scrum Master Certification
• Product experience (understanding customer needs to translate them to engineering deliverables)
• Engineering or similar background
