Direct Support Professional/Home Health Aide (DIFFERENTIAL FOR BI-LINGUAL STAFF)

• Employee will provide direct care services in a residential setting and complete assigned shift at an assigned site.
• Complete all shift assignments and tasks, complete all site documentation (ISP's, logs, etc.)
• Transport and/or assist Individuals to and from appointments, activities, and visitations. (Company vehicle provided) (requires valid driver's license).
• Must be able to pass background check.
• No more than 2 Individuals per home in a safe, clean, healthy environment.

ROTATING SHIFT (3 ON/4 OFF) (4 OFF/3 ON)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 48 per week
