Job Description:

• Complete a nursing assessment(s).

• Participate in the development of the individual treatment, rehabilitation, and recovery plan and the plan updates.

• Oversee and monitor daily medication administration.

• Provide medication education as necessary.

• Communicate with Medical Director and Clinical Director as necessary.

• Monitor, supervise, and oversee the program’s daily activities in conjunction with and in the absence of the Clinical Director.

• Coordinate care with community providers.

• Make referrals as needed and assist in scheduling needed medical, dental, specialized, and other appointments.

• Attend and/or participate in agency All-Staff meetings, Leadership Team meetings, and other pertinent meetings.

• Adhere to the ethical codes of their profession and to those set forth in the Employee Handbook, including client confidentiality.

• Demonstrate the ability to be sensitive to cultural and ethnic differences.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Qualifications:

• R.N in good standing with the State of Nebraska. Incumbent is preferred to have at least 2 years of providing behavioral health rehabilitation services experience along with experience in providing crisis management. Incumbent must have experience in program administration along with supervisory experience.
