Integrated Autism Therapies is opening a Life Skills Center to complement our ABA Sensory Clinic. To support this growth, we are looking to add a salaried full-time BCBA position. Integrated Autism Therapies offers collaboration and integration of services with a team of autism professionals including BCBAs, Speech & Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapist, Public Health Educators, and other related professionals to ensure clients receive the highest quality of services and best practices for each of our clients. We currently offer clinic, in-home, and telehealth service. Salary and hourly wage are based on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • The BCBA will be responsible for performing and overseeing all components of developing and implementing Behavior Plans: behavioral evaluations, observations, standardized assessments, preference assessments, treatment evaluations, etc.
  • Meeting with families, educators, and other health and medical professionals to obtain better insight into clients' presenting concerns, as needed.
  • Analytically interpret results to create individualized FBA’s and BIP’s
  • Conducting naturalistic observation of clients.
  • Monitoring client's progress and updating progress towards goals
  • Creating simulated conditions, where you will observe the behavior of each client.
  • Formulating an appropriate treatment plan that is sensitive to clients' cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs.
  • Administering treatment and tailoring interventions, as needed.
  • Providing training to caregivers.
  • Providing training and supervision to behavioral technicians.
  • Suggesting additional treatment by other professionals, as required.
  • Remaining abreast of changes in research on evidence-based practices.
  • Advocating for the inclusion of individuals with disorders and disabilities within society.
  • Professionalism and respect when working within scope of practice with an integrated team of professional disciplines to both educate and collaborate with when determining best practice for each client.
  • Supervision of BCBAs in training.

Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification
- In-depth knowledge of and thorough adherence to applicable ethical codes
- Excellent verbal and report writing skills
- Approachable and with excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Empathetic and supportive of coworkers and families

- Knowledge of appropriate referral procedures

- Ability and desire to work and collaborate with other professionals
- Calm, compassionate, empathic, and patient
- The ability to remain composed and adherent to best practices, even when under duress.

- Valid driver's license with own transportation and clean driving record is required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year based on experience.
