Overview

The Cybersecurity/Information Assurance, SME provides the Project Manager Intelligence Systems and Analytics (PM IS&A) Headquarters (HQ) support in the planning, integration and implementation of cross-domain security solutions (CDS) for all PM IS&A technical programs.

Responsibilities

• Support and inform Command Cyber Readiness Inspections (CCRIs) in which DCGS-A systems are participating.
• Attend CCRI IPR meetings, engaging with units going through CCRIs, working with the government to ensure the units have the latest software versions and tracking all current and future CCRIs.
• Support the planning, integration and implementation of cross-domain security solutions (CDS) in all IS&A products.
• Secure and accredit CDS’ as well as assisting in the design of new capabilities or enhancements to existing fielded equipment.

Qualifications

Required:

• A Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or similar related field with 10 years’ experience.OR:
• 15 years’ direct work experience in the cybersecurity field.
• Demonstrated experience as a technical SME, Information System Security Officer (ISSO) or Information Security System Engineer (ISSE) on Army Program Of Record (POR)/Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) products.
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent certification.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of products.

Preferred:

• Direct experience with providing expert support, analysis and research in DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements and processes to support the Army RMF process.
• Direct experience with implementation of DOD-I-8500, DOD-I-8510, ICD 503, NIST 800-53, CNSSI 1253, Army AR 25-2, and RMF security control requirements and able to provide technical direction, interpretation and alternatives for security control compliant.
• Direct experience with latest Army RMF requirement and processes.
• Direct experience with NETCOM eMASS tool and able to support the program with the ISSO / ISSE functions.
• Fully understand DISA Port Protocol, and Services Management (PPSM) requirement and able to obtain PPSM account for management of PPSM for supporting systems.
