We seek a PhD level scientist to support product understanding and troubleshooting for global partners who utilize our antibody screening and deconvolution platform (Membrane Proteome Array (MPA)). This onsite role offers the potential for a flexible schedule post-training.

What you will do at Integral Molecular

Customer Interaction and Support:

• Serve as the primary point of contact and SME for customers, handling introductory, mid-, and post-project discussions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Address scientific inquiries from customers and provide regular progress updates.

Data Management and Analysis:

• Draft, review and distribute comprehensive customer reports by integrating data from various sources.
• Effective data analysis to make informed decisions for advancing customer projects.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work collaboratively with Sales and Product Managers to gather customer feedback and insights.
• Attend conferences and represent the company through presentations, posters, webinars, and site visits.

The ideal candidate will have

Scientific Expertise and Adaptability.

• Background in fluorescence-based assays, flow cytometry or immunofluorescence, preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize varied concepts to provide thoughtful, scientifically grounded responses.
• Ability to comprehend and articulate platforms/technology with limited hands-on experience.

Customer Focus

• Interest in customer interaction with the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively while delivering outstanding service.
• Sales or marketing experience is a plus.

Communication and Relationship Building:

• Engaging personality to foster productive relationships and strong public speaking skills.
• Capacity to simplify complex scientific concepts for broader understanding.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate across diverse fields and educational backgrounds.

Educational Background:

• PhD required, biological sciences or closely related discipline.
