Maintenance and Production Support

RK Metals, a division of Integral Manufacturing-a leading contract manufacturer of metal and plastic components, is seeking a Maintenance and Production Support Associate to perform a broad range of general maintenance and repairs to maintain the facility, equipment, machinery and production operations, along with material handling and tool room support.

Duties Include:

• Perform routine tasks, such as set ups, cleaning, lubricating, and starting machinery
• Monitor machines and equipment for any visual or audible malfunctions and performs necessary modifications to eliminate the root cause of problems
• Communicate best practices and assists production team in identifying and remedying process and equipment issues proactively and as they arise
• Observe all safety rules and regulations including lock out/tag out procedures and PPE and ensures quality control standards are consistently met
• Conduct preventive maintenance to plant equipment, machinery and facilities according to schedules, checklists and written instructions to ensure all systems continue to operate properly
• Support production by setting coils, emptying scrap hoppers and staging material
• Assist with die setups

Qualifications Include:

· Highly experienced using tools and equipment necessary to perform general and specialized maintenance

· Experienced in using pallet jacks and forklifts

· Excellent time management skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Solid organizational skills and attention to detail

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Record of adherence to safe work practices

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as needed to complete reports
