Job Summary: The Licensed Professional of the Healing Arts (LPHA) provides assessment, triage, and treatment to individuals diagnosed with mental health conditions who may also have co-occurring substance use disorders and/or chronic health conditions using a recovery based and trauma-informed perspective.

This position is within the Child and Family Services division of Integral Care in a program called Families with Voices. Families with Voices is a team-based program that provides wrap around facilitation for families experiencing challenges in housing, employment, mental health, child development and basic needs such as food and transportation. The team is comprised of wrap facilitators, housing stability specialist, a therapist and an employment specialist. We also coordinate with other agencies and supports that the family could benefit from. Families have access to any members of the team to help them achieve goals towards family stability.

Join our amazing team! Currently, we are looking for a LPHA to act as the therapist on our team. The team therapist works with parents and children enrolled in the programs to help address any behavioral health or family issues affecting the family's overall wellness and stability. This position is community based so personal transportation is required. Mileage is reimbursed. Bilingual applicants strongly encouraged to apply!

This position may have additional duties associated with providing bilingual communication services and may require the completion of a language competency test. On-call responsibilities may be required dependent upon unit protocols.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.
