Integra Vascular provides patient-focused, preventative vascular care to the people of our communities and to long-term residents of medical facilities nationwide. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ride along with our transport vans and act as the liasion between our practice and the patient's facility.

• Work with multiple facilities to ensure the safe and comfortable transportation of our patients to and from the surgical center.

• Work with the scheduled patient's facility to confirm timely pick up and delivery of patient.

• Retrieve signed confirmations of patient deliveries.

• Must be willing to work from the first patient pick up through to the last patient delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to work within a strict schedule.

• Ability to multi-task and pivot.

• Ability to work within a team setting.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Willing to work a 12 hour shift.

• Willing to begin as early as 5am or earlier.

• BLS certificate

• 2 - 3 years relevant experience

EDUCATION

• High School Diploma

• Medical Assistant or LPN Certificate a plus.
