We service patients in the Nursing Home and Hospice settings. We are dedicated to supporting families by providing life sustaining equipment that supports comfort during different medical illnesses / injuries.
Integra Healthcare Equipment has 8 warehouse locations and services many different states in the U.S.Here at Integra Healthcare Equipment we are looking for self-motivated employees seeking an opportunity to be part of our excellent Dispatching team.
The Dispatcher coordinates the daily delivery of durable medical equipment as well as other home care related equipment, to specific points of delivery in a coordinated timely manner, and efficiently manages the service technician vehicle fleets.
RESPONSIBILITIES : Prioritizes and coordinates ETA's for the daily deliveries, pick-ups, service calls, maintenance or changes in delivery service for Service Technician personnel.
Must have experience in the Dispatch industry and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience in the healthcare industry will be helpful but not necessary.
