Job Description:
Our company is searching for an experienced Graphic/Digital Designer to work closely with our creative team. The Graphic/Digital Designer will support the creative team in creating assets to fill design needs for E-commerce, email, social, packaging and ad content. The position will mainly consist of digital design work, with a touch of package design and photo retouching on a day-to-day basis.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the Creative Director and Art Director in trend research, developing concepts, and implementing designs to provide creative solutions that meet business objectives.
• Evolve the visual framework as needed to build and update guidelines and libraries.
• Build concept boards and design integrated marketing campaigns from concept to finish.
• Create beautiful design solutions and deliver high-quality creative with an impeccable sense of design and typography.
• Partner with the copy team to ensure copy and visuals are working harmoniously together for a robust 360 client experience.
• Lead projects and collaborate with other team members to divide and conquer.
• Design email, social content, ads, video animation content, gifs, and icons for various marketing supports.
• Manage and organize files on a server for future access and revisions

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of digital/graphic design experience.
• BA or BFA in Graphic Design or Communication Design or equivalent experience.
• Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Working knowledge in motion and prototyping programs desired.
• Solid organizational skills, detail-oriented; time management skills, ability to juggle priorities.
• Strong relationship-building skills; ability to collaborate and work with a variety of people in various disciplines.
• Excellent communication and comprehensive skills, both written and verbal.

• 3D animation skills
• 3D render skills
• Sketching and illustration experience
• Production or photography experience
• Proficient in After Effects
• AR filter design
