Our team is at the forefront of emerging trends and we are looking for like-minded individuals to continue growing our company. About The Role: The Brand Manager is the gatekeeper of our brand. The Brand Manager is responsible for understanding the needs of the brand and consumer to deliver thoughtful storytelling across our channels, that radiate consistency at every touchpoint. The Brand Manager will report to the Director of Brand and will be assisting in developing, implementing, and executing marketing initiatives and activities including but not limited to product launches, sale events, new brand initiatives, marketing campaigns, and more. The Brand Manager will also need to continuously monitor marketing trends and keep a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace. Duties and Responsibilities
Shape and communicate vision and mission
Create and develop marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and facilitate the ultimate goal of increased sales.
Partner with Director of Brand to develop, shape and communicate vision and mission; category strategy; positioning; and personality
Develop brand strategies for NPI/NPD and seasonal and evergreen campaigns
Identify opportunities for SKU performance (ex: packaging)
Provides input and recommendations on key components of the marketing plan and long-term strategy.
Support business growth with business analysis and insights.
Provide relevant reports, gather key competitive intelligence, develop insights, and report findings.
Pursues new insights and understands key drivers of brand growth.
Ensure brand consistency across all communications.
Actively participate in omnichannel marketing initiatives
Make decisions about the cost of branding and analyzing trends in customer spending
Build relationships with influencers, journalists and media outlets
Communicate with marketing personnel and cross-functional team members
Perform other ad hoc needs as necessary
Qualifications
Self starter/team player who is driven by collaboration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong research and analytical skills
Research- and data-driven
5 year minimum in brand management preferred
2 in fashion/beauty industry or CPG (understanding of the consumer cycles) preferred
In-depth understanding of the company’s current products and future concepts
A willingness to listen

Professional judgment and discretion when needed
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
