Job Description:

• Ensure end-to-end planning and fulfillment processes for seamless operations and an efficient distribution network.
• Gather, process, analyze, and share goods flow information and trends to enable accurate flow and capacity plans.
• Identify potential risks and propose actions to prevent disruptions in daily operations.
• Assess current and planned fulfillment unit capacity for short, mid, and long-term needs.
• Identify solutions to meet availability goals and maintain lead time promises at the lowest possible cost.
• Support operations during exceptional or emergency situations such as commercial activities, supply problems, or unexpected peaks.
• Contribute to high-quality flow and capacity planning processes by aligning short, mid, and long-term capacities to meet customer availability targets.
• Provide recommendations to address capacity imbalances and contribute to expansion plans and range classification.
• Develop local improvements in working methods, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency.
• Implement global routines, systems solutions, and ways of working in collaboration with Supply Chain, Retail, and Customer Fulfillment partners.
• Collaborate closely with the Fulfilment Availability and Support Manager to achieve overall objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or relevant exp
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify potential risks and propose proactive solutions.
• Experience in supply chain planning, capacity management, and inventory optimization preferred.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data analysis and planning.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
