Screw Machine Maintenance

Pay rate : $25.00 / hr - paid weekly

Location : Onsite, Hamilton, OH

Shift : 3rd shift hours : 7 : 45pm - 5 : 45am (SUN-WED / overtime possible on Thursday evenings)

Job Summary :

Individual will be responsible for maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment. Individual will adhere to current ISO requirements and observe all safety and housekeeping requirements.

• Conduct routine inspections of machinery.
• Ability to assist in training others.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment per the COGZ Maintenance System.
• Diagnose the source of equipment problems by observing equipment operation and employing trouble-shooting methods.
• Initiate material requests for parts.
• Perform repairs as needed on equipment.
• Oversee contractors when repairs require service from an outside vendor.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.

Requirements :

• Machine Maintenance Experience REQUIRED
• Experience - Two to four years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in these maintenance areas : mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and trouble-shooting skills.
• Must be trained in LOTO(Lockout-Tagout). Preferred job experiences include; machine maintenance, auto mechanics, screw machine maintenance, etc
• Education High school diploma, trade school experience or GED preferred.
• lift up to 35 pounds on a regular basis.
