Marketing Associate

Pay Rate / Range : $35.96 to $49.00 DOE

Hours : 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.

Location : Pleasanton, CA

Duration : 1 year

Responsibilities :

• Organize approved promotional content in the Content Management System (Veeva).
• Draft and post affiliate marketing notifications.
• Create and maintain internal Google Sites.
• Manage project management of marketing initiatives with creative agencies (create POs, SOWs, MyBuy, negotiations, follow up on projects, and invoices).
• Coordinate website updates, liaising with internal creative agencies or the digital marketing team.
• Coordinate the sending of "Save the date" for affiliate training invites and organize internal logistics for virtual training.
• Assist in planning for global conferences, including coordination with the Global Conferences and Events group for marketing collaterals, registration emails, booth duty, and logistics.
• Plan, track, and update M&D budget using AMP tool / SmartSheet.

Skills :

• Ability to create comprehensive, consistent, and accurate documentation.
• Proficient in project planning, management, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Mastery of Google Suite collaborative tools (gDoc, gSheet, gSlide, gCalendar, Gmail), including G Sites management.
• Graphic design aptitude for delivering visually compelling work.
• Familiarity with Document Management Systems and Sales Enablement Platforms like Veeva Vault and Showpad.
• Strong collaboration, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting.

Profile :

• Required / Preferred Experience : 1-3 years.
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant administrative field (or equivalent experience).
