inSync Staffing is Hiring an Entry-Level Machine Operator - 2nd Shift Near North, RI
Pay Rate/Range: $18.19
Hours: 2:55 p.m. to 10:55 p.m.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work effectively in a high-paced environment.
- Operate machinery while standing during shifts.
- Utilize card production equipment and perform related tasks.
- Confirm receipt of work and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Exceed production output and maintain quality standards.
- Perform minor equipment maintenance and adjustments as instructed.
- Independently conduct quality inspections on work to meet production standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Identify potential production and quality issues, and recommend appropriate actions.
- Collaborate with other operators, technicians, and supervisors to address problems and maintain an efficient work environment.
- Adhere to security and production policies and procedures.
- Possess basic computer skills.
- Ensure adherence to the company's vision, mission, and values.
Marginal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of workstation.
- Order supplies as needed.
- Attend relevant training sessions and meetings.
- Comply with safety standards.
