Job Title : CNC Machine Operator

Location : Fenton, MO

1st Shift : Monday to Friday, 6am - 2 : 30pm

Pay : $22.75 / hr, paid weekly

2nd Shift : MONDAY - THURSDAY 2 : 15 PM - 12 : 45 AM (4) (10) hour shifts)

Will train on 1st shift

Pay : $23.25 / hr, paid weekly

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Set up, operate, and maintain various CNC lathes and / or mills.
• Interpret blueprints and tooling instructions for product specifications.
• Secure tools and workpieces, adjust machine settings, and start operations.
• Use precision measuring equipment such as micrometers and calipers.
• Verify machined workpieces for quality and conformity to specifications.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area.
• Follow company rules and safety policies.
• Discuss any assembly issues with supervisor or engineer.

Core Competency Requirements :

• Perform assembly functions using hand or power tools.
• Adjust and fit parts to close tolerances.
• Follow visual aids (standard work) for accuracy.
• Conduct testing of assembled products if required.
• Prepare finished products for shipping.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
• Report defective materials or issues to supervisor.
• Maintain clean work area and equipment.
• Flexible to rotate job assignments within work cells.

Required Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 years of previous CNC experience preferred.

Physical Needs :

• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
• Ability to stand for 90% of shift.
