Job Title: Cherry Picker Operator - 2nd Shift
Location: Ontario, CA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:30 PM - 1:00 AM
Pay: $21/ hr
Overview: As a Cherry Picker Operator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our department. You'll be responsible for operating equipment such as Cherry Pickers, Turrets, Hand Jacks, and more to support our operations. Your duties will include transporting, storing, retrieving, sorting, stacking, and auditing parts and supplies.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Cherry Picker and other equipment accurately and efficiently.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Participate in team and safety meetings.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and integrity through the 5s methodology.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficiency in computer and scanner operation.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively within the organization.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changes in operational goals.
• Attention to detail and results-oriented mindset.
• 1-2 years of warehouse experience.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Ability to follow simple instructions from oral or written communications.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for 8 hours.
• Capable of bending, pushing, and lifting objects weighing more than 30 pounds.
• Willingness to work in both cold and hot environments.
