The pay range for a Client Service Representative is $43,000 - $65,000 yearly (based on experience) performance-based bonuses
What You Will Do:
The Client Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to policy holders that are members of credit unions mainly Hudson Valley Credit Union aka HVCU for Property & Casualty insurance by answering questions, interpreting policies, explaining coverage, and resolving concerns. The Client Service Representative will act as a liaison between the customer and insurance companies to answer questions, promote opportunity and resolve concerns. While the primary focus of the Client Service Representative is delivering a white-glove customer experience, you will also have the ability to upsell and cross-sell existing clients.

Key Attributes:
  • Property & Casualty license
  • High school or equivalent
  • Effective and precise telephone etiquette
  • 3 years of experience with Property & Casualty insurance products or any combination of experience and education that would demonstrate preparedness to effectively perform the duties of the position
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well independently and on a team
  • Precise verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to deliver a tailored, white-glove experience to all clients

  • Bachelor's Degree
