Operations Manager - Sacramento, CA / Bay Area

This is an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join a growing insurance agency that has multiple locations throughout Northern California. In this role, you will be an important piece to the upward trajectory of this agency acting as the glue that holds everything together. This agency offers a variety of insurance solutions aimed at exceeding client expectations. What we need from you:

• Experience - You have 3 years of operations management experience
• Customer Service - You have excellent customer service, communication, and telephone skills
• Comprehensive Knowledge - You have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills along with organizational skills.
• Software - You are proficient with AppliedEpic, Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other database management systems

Responsibilities:

• Helping to streamline workflows and processes
• Oversee security matters and provide customer assistance for all software and hardware. (setup, training, and password management)
• Assisting with training and setting up employees with Applied systems, communications, updates, etc.
• Collaborate with the management team to design and implement audits
• Provide phenomenal relationships with clients, customers, management, and vendors to offer software assistance.
