Role Overview

The Jacksonville office of Kubicki Draper seeks an Associate with 3 years of civil litigation experience. Prior insurance defense, premises liability, or bodily injury is highly desired. Trial experience is a plus!

Your Day-to-Day:

• Draft and review vital pleadings and motions, respond to discoveries
• Attend hearings, argue motions, manage complex civil litigation matters
• Must be proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel
• Communicate in a highly effective manner with colleagues and clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
