**Job Responsibilities:**

- Serve as a primary point of contact for our commercial lines insurance clients, providing outstanding customer service and building strong relationships.

- Assist clients with policy inquiries, coverage changes, claims reporting, and other insurance-related services.

- Review insurance applications, gather necessary information, and collaborate with underwriters to obtain accurate quotes and proposals for clients.

- Maintain accurate client records, policy documents, and other relevant documentation using our agency management system.

- Collaborate with insurance carriers to ensure timely issuance of policies, endorsements, and certificates of insurance.

- Stay up to date on industry trends, coverage options, and changes in insurance regulations to provide informed advice to clients.

- Contribute to the growth of our agency by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing client accounts.

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry, preferably in commercial lines.

- Proficient knowledge of commercial lines insurance products, coverages, and policy types.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with clients and insurance carriers.

- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships.

- Proficient computer skills, including experience with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Active Maryland Property and Casualty Insurance License preferred.
